EclipsePalette
EclipsePalette is a color palette and screen color capture program designed for
not only web designers, but Visual Basic, C++, C#, and Java developers as well.
It features a drag-and-drop interface, as well a color mixer, and manual color
adjustment tools. You can select colors from a pre-built palette, or build your
own custom palette. Also, EclipsePalette stays next to your clock, saving space

EclipsePalette can export colors in any of these formats:
- HTML #FFFFFF
- raw 32-bit integer
- Visual Basic &hFFFFFF
- Visual Basic RGB(255, 255, 255)

Download and open the setup file.
Click the "Download setup file" button in the left column to begin downloading and installing EclipsePalette. When asked, choose to Open or Run the file.

WebSetup will complete the process.
