Using GetRight Tools in NetCaptor
This document explains procedures that can be used for using GetRight Tools in
NetCaptor. Internet Explorer is the
preferred browser to be used with GetRight Tools, but NetCaptor can be used to a degree.
You may find it helpful to refer to the following picture during the process.

Show the CaptorBar.
The GetRight Tools bar will appear in the CaptorBar (the Search bar). To show this bar,
click the Search button on the NetCaptor toolbar if it is hidden. The Search
tab needs to be visible on the CaptorBar — if it is not visible, click the Search
icon at the bottom of the bar.

Change your search home page.
To use GetRight Tools in NetCaptor, you must set it up as your search home page. To do
this, click on the arrow to the right of the Home button at the top of the Search tab, and
then click Open. Search for the file GetRightStatus.html on your computer, and click Open.
This file will be in:
• Windows 95, 98, Me: in C:\Windows\System
• Windows NT, 2000: in C:\WinNT\System32
• Windows XP: in C:\Windows\System32
Once the GetRight Tools bar is visible inside the Search tab, click on the arrow next
to the Home button again, and click Set Current as Home.

GetRight Tools is now your search page.
You can now show GetRight Tools by clicking on the Search button on the NetCaptor toolbar.
If you want to use the search tab for searching the Internet, click on the Default search
button at the top of the tab. When you want to return to GetRight Tools, click on the Home
button at the top of the tab.
